We do not yet offer free returns or exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an order, please email us on info@shopalanay.co.uk and our team will assist you.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days after receipt of the item to send it back to us.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Alanay, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find our return policies and if you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

​All items should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Alanay takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return hence we advise that you ship your returns using a service that tracks and insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your return items. Duties and taxes are non-refundable for returns.

Please note that items marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
